Move Daily does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Move Daily is a personal wellness app designed to help you build a daily movement habit. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the app stores, where it lives, and how it is used — which is entirely on your device, entirely under your control.
We collect no data. Move Daily does not have servers, does not send any information over the internet, and does not connect to any third-party service. The app functions entirely offline.
Move Daily stores the following information locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework (on-device SQLite):
All of this data resides in the app's private container on your device. It is not synced to iCloud by default and is never transmitted anywhere.
If you choose to add a profile photo, that image is stored locally within the app's private data container on your device. It is never uploaded, shared, or transmitted. You can remove it at any time from your profile settings.
Move Daily can send you a local daily reminder notification to encourage your movement habit. This is entirely opt-in — you must grant notification permission explicitly when prompted. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's UserNotifications framework. No notification data is sent to any server.
Move Daily uses no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporters, advertising networks, or any other external service. There is no tracking of any kind.
Move Daily does not require an internet connection and does not make any network requests. The app works fully offline at all times.
Move Daily does not have user accounts, login, or registration of any kind. There is no sign-up process and no credentials are ever created or stored.
Because Move Daily collects no personal data and has no online components, it presents no special privacy risk for users of any age. We do not knowingly collect information from any user.
Since Move Daily does not collect or process any personal data, the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) that relate to data collection do not apply. There is no data to access, export, or delete beyond what is already stored locally on your own device — which you control entirely.
To remove all data associated with Move Daily, simply delete the app from your device. This will permanently remove all locally stored data, including your profile, exercise history, and preferences. This action cannot be undone.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
